STORY
Saucepan Man began in my family kitchen, where my dad’s Hong Kong flavors met my mom’s Korean traditions. From sizzling chili oil to pots of bubbling kimchi stew, I grew up tasting how two food cultures could be completely different yet share the same goal: bringing people together around flavor.
As a high schooler, I wanted to bottle that feeling. Sauce, to me, is life’s greatest gift. I love the balance, comfort, and joy of turning a simple meal into something memorable. Each jar carries a piece of both sides of my story. Bold where it needs to be, and gentle when it should be, always rooted in connection.
